Our Shipping Promise
At Streetsmartman, getting your order to you safely and on time isn't just a goal — it's a commitment. We ship to all addresses within the United States, covering all 50 states.
This page covers everything from how we process your order to what happens when it's on its way. We encourage you to read through it before completing your purchase.
Please note: All shipping timeframes are estimates calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Before It Ships
Order Processing
The moment your order comes through, our team gets straight to work. Every item is reviewed, quality-checked, and carefully packed before being handed over to our carrier.
Order Placed — Confirmation Sent Immediately
An automated confirmation email is sent to you the instant your purchase is complete. If it doesn't appear within a few minutes, take a quick look in your spam or promotions folder.
Day 1 — Order Review & Verification
We verify your order details, confirm payment, and check item availability. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are picked up for processing the same day.
Day 1–2 — Quality Check & Packaging
Every item goes through a quality inspection and is carefully packaged to ensure it travels safely. Whether it's a coat, hat, or bag — it leaves us in perfect condition.
Day 1–3 — Dispatched & Tracking Issued
Your parcel is handed to our shipping carrier and a tracking number is emailed directly to you. The full processing stage takes 1–3 business days from the date of your order.
⏱ Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, or at any point on Saturday or Sunday, will enter processing on the following Monday morning.
Getting It to Your Door
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, standard delivery to any address within the United States takes 7–15 business days. The exact timing depends on your location and current carrier capacity.

Example: An order placed on Monday will typically be dispatched by Wednesday or Thursday of the same week, arriving within roughly 2–4 calendar weeks. Most customers receive their orders ahead of the upper estimate.

Stay Updated
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to go live on the carrier's website.
📬 If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@streetsmartman.shop — and check your spam or promotions folder first just in case.
Accuracy Matters
Shipping Address
It's important that the delivery address you enter at checkout is fully accurate and complete. Streetsmartman cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
Noticed a mistake in your address? Email us right away at support@streetsmartman.shop. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once an order is with the carrier, we're unable to redirect or intercept the package.

When Things Take Longer

We work hard to meet every delivery estimate, but some situations are outside our control and can affect transit times. These include:

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, please run through the following steps before reaching out to us:
Still no luck? Contact us at support@streetsmartman.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work alongside the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Stolen Packages: Streetsmartman cannot be held liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but were subsequently stolen from your property. If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a report with your local postal service or law enforcement.
