At Streetsmartman, every product we offer is held to a high standard — and so is the experience of buying it. If your purchase falls short of that standard for any reason, our return and refund process is here to give you a clear, fair resolution.

We ask that you take a moment to read through this policy before completing your purchase. Placing an order on our website means you agree to the terms described here.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We believe in being upfront about timelines. Here's a clear look at what happens between the moment you place your order and the moment it arrives at your door.

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team gets to work on your order within hours.

Order Processing — 1 to 3 Business Days

Every order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packed before being handed off to our shipping partner. This stage takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping & Delivery — 7 to 15 Business Days

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days to reach you anywhere within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Total Estimated Time — 8 to 18 Business Days

From order placement to delivery, you can expect your package to arrive within 8–18 business days. Many orders reach their destination ahead of schedule.

⚠️ Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak seasons (November–January) or due to carrier delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please get in touch with us right away.

Return Eligibility

To be accepted for a return, your item must satisfy all of the following conditions:

✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery ✔ Unused and unworn ✔ Original tags still attached ✔ Original packaging intact ✔ Free from odors, stains, or damage ✔ Proof of purchase provided

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

✗ Items returned after 30 days ✗ Worn, washed, or altered items ✗ Items without original tags ✗ Final sale or clearance items ✗ Gift cards ✗ Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Please Note: For hats and bags, items must show absolutely no signs of use. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item appears to have been worn or used prior to being sent back.

How to Initiate a Return

The return process is straightforward. Just follow the steps below to get started:

Get in Touch With Our Team

Email us at support@streetsmartman.shop within 30 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for returning.

Receive Your Return Authorization

We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with step-by-step return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving this authorization.

Pack and Send Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel and ship it to the return address we provide.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If everything checks out, your refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that go missing without tracking.

Refunds

As soon as your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exact timing will vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund total.

If your refund hasn't appeared within the stated timeframe, we'd suggest checking with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@streetsmartman.shop.

Exchanges

At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, the best approach is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

This keeps things moving quickly and ensures the item you're after is actually available when you order it. Our team is always happy to help with product advice if you need a hand choosing.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@streetsmartman.shop. To help us resolve things quickly, include the following in your email:

In all such cases, we'll cover the full cost of return shipping and offer you the choice of a replacement or a complete refund — whichever works best for you.
