At Streetsmartman, we know that circumstances can change after an order is placed. Wherever possible, we'll try our best to accommodate your request — but whether we can help depends entirely on where your order is in our fulfillment process.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once an order has been collected by our shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or redirected. This is why getting in touch with us quickly is so important.
Key Rule: Cancellations and changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. The earlier you contact us, the greater the chance we can step in and help.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Your ability to cancel depends on how far along your order is in our fulfillment process. Here's a quick overview:
Order Placed — Not Yet Processing
Your order is freshly placed and hasn't entered our processing queue yet. Cancellation is very likely — get in touch with us immediately.
Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)
Your order is currently being prepared. Depending on how far along it is, cancellation may still be an option. Contact us straight away and we'll do what we can.
Order Dispatched — Tracking Issued
Your order has left our facility and is now in the hands of the carrier. Cancellation is no longer an option at this stage. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation
Follow the steps below to submit your cancellation request as quickly as possible:

Send a message to support@streetsmartman.shop with the subject line: "Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.
We Review Your Request
Our team will check the current status of your order and get back to you within 1 business day. Requests are handled in the order they're received, so contacting us early puts you in the best position.
Confirmation or Next Steps
If your cancellation is approved, we'll confirm via email and kick off your refund straight away. If the order has already shipped, we'll walk you through the returns process instead.
Refund Issued
Approved cancellation refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changing Your Order
If you need to update something on your order — whether that's your shipping address, a size, a color, or the quantity — please get in touch as soon as possible at support@streetsmartman.shop.
Provided your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate the following types of changes:

⚠️ No changes can be made once your order has been dispatched. At that point, the only available path is to accept delivery and initiate a return through our Refund & Returns Policy.
Already Shipped?
After Your Order Ships
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, we're unable to cancel, intercept, or redirect it. If you no longer want the item at this stage, here are your available options:
- Accept the delivery and submit a return request within 30 days of delivery under our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refuse the delivery — the package will be returned to us. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund minus the original $6.99 shipping fee.
- Contact us at support@streetsmartman.shop and we'll help you figure out the best available next step.
💡 Tip: In most cases, accepting the delivery and returning it through our standard process is the quickest and simplest route to getting your money back.
Getting Your Money Back
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is approved before your order ships, you'll receive a full refund — including the $6.99 shipping fee — since the item was never sent out.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

🔁 If your cancellation is declined because your order has already shipped, the $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable. A refund for the product cost will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

How quickly do I need to contact you to cancel?
The sooner the better — ideally within a few hours of placing your order. We typically begin processing orders within 1 business day, so acting fast gives you the best chance of a successful cancellation.
Can I cancel part of my order?
Yes, in many cases. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to remove specific items. Just email us with your order number and let us know which item(s) you'd like to remove. A partial refund will be issued for anything we're able to cancel.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you update it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at support@streetsmartman.shop right away with your correct address. Once an order is dispatched, we can no longer redirect it and won't be liable for delivery to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
If your order is still being processed, reach out and we'll try to swap it for the correct option subject to stock availability. If it's already shipped, please accept the delivery and return it under our Refund & Returns Policy, then place a fresh order for the right item.
Is there a fee for cancelling my order?
No. A successful pre-dispatch cancellation comes with a full refund and no cancellation fee whatsoever. Shipping fees are only non-refundable in cases where the order has already been dispatched before the cancellation was processed.
I never received a confirmation email. Was my order placed?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, email us at support@streetsmartman.shop with your name and the email address used at checkout. We'll look up your order and confirm its status right away.
