Payment is accepted via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.
Absolutely. The moment your order goes through, a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, take a quick look in your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Drop us a line at support@streetsmartman.shop and we'll sort it out.
Changes and cancellations are possible — but only while your order is still being prepared. Since we dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, time is of the essence. Reach out to us right away at support@streetsmartman.shop with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
If your order has already shipped, we're unable to make any changes. In that case, our Returns & Refunds Policy will be your next step.
A successful payment will trigger an instant confirmation email and display a confirmation page on-screen once checkout is complete. If neither of these happened and you're not sure whether your order went through, please get in touch with us before attempting to place the order again.
Sales tax may apply depending on your delivery state and local regulations. If applicable, the exact tax amount will be shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your payment — no surprises.

We deliver to all 50 US states, Alaska and Hawaii included. At this time, we're not able to ship internationally, to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Every order ships for a flat $6.99 — no matter how much you order or where in the United States you're located. What you see is what you pay.
After your order is placed, we take 1–3 business days to process and dispatch it. Standard delivery then takes 7–15 business days, bringing the total estimated window to 8–18 business days. Many orders arrive ahead of schedule.
Business days run Monday through Friday and exclude US federal holidays.
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey. Please note it may take 24–48 hours after receiving this email for the tracking details to go live on the carrier's website.
Start by checking your tracking link for the most recent update. If your package still hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@streetsmartman.shop and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf straight away.
Before reaching out, we'd suggest checking around your front door, with a neighbor, or in a secure spot nearby. Occasionally, carriers scan packages as delivered a little early. If you've waited 1–2 business days and still can't locate your parcel, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the product must be unworn, unused, with all original tags still attached and returned in its original packaging. To get started, email us at support@streetsmartman.shop.
Get in touch with us at support@streetsmartman.shop within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization number and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving this authorization.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect due to an error on our end — in which case we'll cover the full cost of return shipping. We recommend sending all returns via a trackable courier service.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will then appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive an email from us as soon as the refund has been issued.
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. The quickest way to get the size or color you're after is to return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order. This approach also guarantees that your preferred option is in stock when you order it.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@streetsmartman.shop, including your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund, and we'll take care of the return shipping at no cost to you.

Not at all. At checkout, just choose "Debit or Credit Card" to pay directly with your card — no PayPal account or login required.

Some banks automatically block certain online transactions as a security measure — a quick call to your bank can usually resolve this. All prices on Streetsmartman are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is tied to a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate at the time of purchase.
