These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as the official rulebook for your use of the Streetsmartman website and your purchases through our online store. This is a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Streetsmartman ("we," "us," or "our").

By navigating our site, browsing the catalog, or dropping gear into your cart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you aren't on board with these conditions, you must exit the site and hold off on placing any orders.

Eligibility

To shop with Streetsmartman, you need to check the following boxes:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have a valid shipping address within the United States.
• You are buying gear for personal, non-commercial use.
• You hold the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• You provide complete and accurate information during the checkout process.

We maintain the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect these requirements aren't being met.

Products & Descriptions

Streetsmartman delivers a premium lineup of apparel, accessories, and everyday gear. We go the extra mile to represent our products accurately regarding colors, dimensions, and materials. That said, we can't guarantee your monitor or phone screen will display those colors flawlessly.

All product specs, descriptions, and visuals are provided in good faith and may evolve without notice. We also reserve the right to cap the quantities of any item or discontinue products entirely.

Pricing & Payment

Everything on our site is priced in US Dollars (USD) and is subject to shift without prior heads-up. What you see at the final checkout screen is the exact price you'll be charged.

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 is applied to all domestic US orders.
• Local sales tax may be tacked onto your total, depending on your shipping address and state laws.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment gateways shown at checkout.
• Your order won't hit the processing floor until payment is fully cleared.
• We rely on secure, encrypted payment processors. Your full credit card details never touch our servers.

Section 5

Orders & Cancellations

Hitting "Buy" means you're making a formal offer to purchase. The deal isn't finalized until we shoot you an official order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, illegal acts, or unauthorized use.
• Glitches in pricing, descriptions, or inventory levels.
• Failed payment or billing verification.
• Inability to ship to your provided address.

Need to pull the plug on an order? Email us at support@streetsmartman.shop immediately. We can only cancel orders that haven't hit the shipping dock yet. Once it's in transit, you'll need to follow our standard Returns process.

Section 6

Shipping & Delivery

Streetsmartman ships exclusively within the United States. We do not cross borders, nor do we ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days from when you place the order.
• Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days after it leaves our facility.
• Total Estimated Window: 8–18 business days overall.
• Shipping Fee: A straightforward $6.99 flat rate.
• You’ll get a tracking number via email the second your package ships.

Section 7

Returns & Refunds

Not feeling the fit? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The gear must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached. You handle the return shipping costs, unless we messed up and sent a defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Every piece of content on the Streetsmartman platform—from the text and graphics to logos, product shots, and site design—is owned entirely by us and is fiercely protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our assets without express written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be met with legal action.

Prohibited Conduct

Keep it clean. While using our site or buying our gear, you agree to avoid the following:

• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Dropping fake orders or using stolen payment info.

Violating these rules gives us the right to immediately shut down your account, cancel your orders, and pursue further legal action.

• The site will run flawlessly, uninterrupted, or without bugs/viruses.
• All information will be 100% accurate, complete, or current at all times.
• Product images will perfectly match the final delivered item down to the pixel.

To the absolute limit allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetsmartman will not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products—including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Under no circumstances will our total liability to you exceed the exact amount you paid for the specific order that sparked the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, your use of the site, or a purchase will be settled exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Skagway, Alaska. By using this website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
